At My Boomer Buddy, we aim to make technology accessible and enjoyable for everyone. This personalized service is designed to help clients confidently navigate their computers, smartphones, the internet, televisions, or any other tech devices they may find challenging. From setting up emails to streaming their favorite shows, we break down the complexities of technology into easy, manageable steps.

Each session is 1.5 hours long and priced at $75. We also offer package deals for ongoing support, as we do for all our services, ensuring that every client receives consistent and tailored guidance. Our goal is to empower clients with the knowledge and skills to use technology comfortably in their daily lives.

 

Policy for Rescheduling, Cancelation, and No-Shows

• Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their session up to 24 hours before the start time without any fees.

• Cancelations: Cancelations made at least 24 hours in advance will not incur a charge. Cancelations within 12–24 hours of the session will incur a $15 fee.

• Booking Availability: Sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance, and payment is required upfront.

• No-Shows: If the client is unavailable or unresponsive at the session start time, it will be treated as a cancelation, and the applicable cancelation fee will be charged.
