At My Boomer Buddy, we know how much it means to have someone check in and ensure your loved ones are safe, cared for, and connected. Our Phone Check-In Service provides short, meaningful 5-minute calls to check on their well-being, share a kind word, and brighten their day.

This service is priced at $5 per call and is ongoing until cancellation is requested. At checkout, clients will fill out a form to select their preferred call time (daytime or evening) and provide emergency contact information. Sunday calls are scheduled for later in the afternoon.

If there is no answer, we will try again 15 minutes later. If there is still no response, the listed emergency contact will be notified to conduct a wellness check. This ensures peace of mind for families and safety for our clients.

 

Policy for Rescheduling, Cancelation, and No-Shows

• Ongoing Service Flexibility: Clients may cancel this service at any time or place it on hold if the individual is hospitalized or staying with someone for a period of time.

• Booking Requirements: Calls are scheduled in advance based on the form submitted at checkout.
