Policy for Rescheduling, Cancelation, and No-Shows

• Rescheduling: Clients can reschedule their session up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without any fees.

• Cancelations: Cancelations made at least 48 hours in advance will not incur any charges. For cancelations made less than 24 hours of the session, a fee equal to 10% of the session cost will apply. Cancelations in less than12 hours will incur a fee equal to 20% of the session cost.

• Booking Availability: Sessions must be booked at least 48 hours in advance to allow for preparation and scheduling.

• No-Shows: If a client is unavailable at the scheduled start time or does not respond, the session will be considered canceled, and applicable fees will be charged based on the timeline above.
