Policy for Rescheduling, Cancelation, and No-Shows

• Rescheduling: Clients can reschedule their appointment up to 24 hours before the start time without any fees.

• Cancelations: Cancelations made more than 24 hours in advance will not incur any fees. If cancelation occurs within 24 hours of the start time, a $10 fee will apply. For cancelations made within 12 hours, a $20 fee will be charged.

• Booking Availability: Clients are encouraged to book their sessions early to secure their preferred time slots.
