Service Description: This service is tailored to make your everyday needs more convenient. For a fixed rate of $45 per hour, My Boomer Buddy takes care of your errands, whether it's picking up groceries, prescriptions, or other essentials. We accommodate up to multiple stops, ensuring your requests are handled efficiently within the hour. Additional time, only if scheduling allows, is charged at $25 per half hour. All services are payable online in advance, making the process seamless and stress-free.

 

Please note: This service is not designed for last-minute or emergency pick-up requests. A separate service is available for "emergency" pick-ups to handle urgent needs.

 

Policy for Rescheduling, Cancelation, and No-Shows

• Rescheduling: Clients can reschedule their appointment up to 24 hours before the start time without any fees.

• Cancelations: Cancelations made 24 hours in advance will not incur a penalty. If cancelation occurs within 24 hours of the start time, a $10 fee will apply. For cancelations made within 12 hours, a $20 fee will be charged.

• Booking Availability: Clients can book appointments as far in advance as they like, but bookings must be made at least 24 hours prior to the desired start time.

• No-Shows: If the client does not show up or is unresponsive at the start time, this will be treated as a cancelation and may incur applicable fees based on the cancelation timeline outlined above.
